Wallet link does not work for me.

Oh well.

Edit: AH it is very, very slow. Have to give this one a miss as can not download wallet.

Oh well.

which wallet link are you having trouble with just tried both an they both work.

http://pan.baidu.com/s/1i3zDSyT

https://mega.co.nz/#!k0ZEDQjQ!YiWkE3Ie9XAWGUdoLFhjxqTHbV9sfiVBC6OZb6DPDhg

on the second address please copy and paste.

The first one, it was very slow and was taking ages to update. I have tried it now and it is fine.

The other link I was not aware of, probably need my eyes testing again.

Thanks anyway for both Smiley

Edit: Can see on the front page that the mega co link is now posted. At the time the first link was posted and that was not working, so probably why they made a new one.

One of the shadiest releases yet. Astounding lack of info. Was this coin premined? For promotional purposes or otherwise? What block are we on? What is the current difficulty? How can one view the Blockchain? Are there any development plans for the future?

All that aside it's been fun solo mining, difficulty must not be too high yet as I'm finding a fair amount of blocks.

The Developer did NOT do anything seemingly "shady".

Or at least it doesn't appear to be that way from my perspective.

I LOVE Roses. So naturally I took a brief look at this thread.

The only thing shady (wrong) were some of the F word comments from immature punks.

As for the Developer, yes it's obvious this was rushed, and wasn't well planned, nor professionally launched.

Okay. But I didn't see anything shady on the surface. Just not well launched, nor well thought out, and rushed. Or at least from a quick read through that is what it seemed to be.

In fact the name, the Rose Pic, and the Developers efforts appear at a glace to be fine. But...

I don't know the facts. Don't really care. Just wish that if anyone comes up with a really good name and concept that they would launch these coins in a much more professional manner, much like DOGE was done.

That and proper promotion before the launch and during the lunch is the only thing that will likely end up working in the longer term. The rest will likely be marked as maybe something their not, or what they really were to begin with.

Sad though, I have dozens of rose bushes, I love my Roses every Spring, Summer and Fall. I take a lot of great care for them, and their amazingly beautiful specimens. I wanted to find a well thought out new coin professionally done from the start with services and everything else that DOGE had, right from it's start with ROSE.

I don't care for DOGE, but it was done from the get go with an appealing flair to some, professionalism and savvy. I didn't care for much about DOGE, but looking back at least they really took the time to make it launch like a rocket. Us old timers and others didn't get that at first, we thought DOGE was a joke and all. Now some of us do get it, they out played us in retrospect. Good for those newcomers. Now they have to support it. To keep earning DOGE it's respect and success, just as any crypto does.

As for ROSE. I love the name. Love the Pic. It could be great.

I will keep monitoring in this week and see if the Developer here can maybe greatly revise his Opening statement, and get all kinds of services and other things going. Get that wallet revised and very stable, with the source code too, so others can be assured it's malware free. And of course get the Qt binaries straightened completely out for endusers too.

It has a chance, just like any crypto coin. But it has got to be nurtured just like Roses are (and any successful crypto), if it's to blossom and bloom into a perfect ROSE (successful Crypto-Currency).

That's my two roses worth. I will keep tabs on ROSE

 Best Regards,

Just look here.
Silly coin... or plant. There is no source at all. Or?
Do you make this your self or with some coin generator?

Thank you.

If I could only get my wallet to sync, then I could start mining...

Maybe if I leave it open a while it will get a connection.  I compared the .conf files to some of my working wallets so that's probably not the case.
