Hello, I think this should be stickied so any person wanting to make a site can auto block these IP addresses. I will start the list!
Just post the IP and pm me so I can add it to the main post.

It's useless. It's impossible to manage and impossible to check (how do I know you're not evil and just want to block a good guy?). And for an attacker it's trivial to change IPs and DOS you again. And the fun begins when you're getting a DDOS. What are you going to block, the whole Internet? Smiley

We experience DDOS's at least twice a week.  We also noticed most Tor traffic is malicious.  If you would like to know how we handle the Tor blocking we are willing to share that just send us a message.

sign up to cloudflare and have them clean traffic before returning it to your site
helps cut down 99% of DDOS and SQL attacks

Most people will be using I2P or TOR to disguise their traffic, you should just employ the use of the EFNet RBL, a blacklist containing open proxies, spam clients, trojan clients, and TOR proxies.

[Edit: and contribute to it, it's more encompassing already than your one IP address.]

I have about 30 ip addresses now but decided not to post them. I decided to use the cloudflare system, seems to works exactly as I need it.

CloudFlare is a GREAT solution if you want to avoid maintaining a blacklist yourself.
