CryptSy - All orders done but Coin held !!!!

Hi,

This night i sold my dogecoin, all the orders done,

as you see table is empty, but red notification show (3) orders in menu open orders,

And my BTC are still held for order !!!! What will happen now ? i do support ticket.

Lots of things happened since last night, including confirming buy/sell orders for me that never got through. I hope I don't lose any of my coins because of this, I'd take the leap of faith and withdraw my BTCs out of this exchange, but trading went well today...
I hope I'm not too greedy
