I am asking about bitcoin.de  &  coinbase.com  .. Which one is the best to buy some amount of BTC using Visa Card ?

and id it possible to buy BTC from coinbase without having US bank account by visa only ?

dont use bitcoin.de they are extremely slow, have bad support, are very expensive, use pseudo security and suck in general.
the best thing about them is their url.

what about coinbase can you buy only BTC without having USA bank ACC only Visa

bitcoin.de is only a platform where you trade with another person and the site works as a kind of escrow, check the fees. They are in a partnership with the fidor bank.
coinbase has a lot of mixed reviews but it seems to be ok for buying bitcoins, I donno about cashing out though.

No, you can't buy from Coinbase without a bank account, iiuc.

The visa is just a backup method.
