PayPal is my preferred option, but I can also use debit card.

Most people wont accept Paypal here, but how will you pay via debitcard? You need to look over on the marketplace for currency deals.

Go to https://localbitcoins.com and see if you can find a seller near you for a face-to-face cash transaction, or use one of the nationwide sellers there.  Good luck!
