^this was missing. Thought I should make that clear. Otherwise someone may think that they get the money if they tracked him down. It's one thing to track someone down, but another to get the money back.

Anyway, good luck!

Getting the money back won't happen unless you are planning to visit his home address.

yes i would do that or get someone involved who could...

Well, Your in luck, I found his I.P address, I did make contact to him about the Jupiter as well, But was hesitant to use escrow, So I said nevermind. I got his IP address from he original header of the emails we exchanged, He is NOT Australian, but is German.

Here is the info you need

Germany
State/Region    05
City    Frankfurt
Latitude    50.1167
Longitude    8.6833

Full address: https://maps.google.com/maps?t=m&ll=34.16821849999999%2C-111.93090700000002&spn=6.625014950739929%2C10.698978236908323&output=classic&dg=opt

I will do some more digging.

This is what I was wondering.

Also wouldn't taking a stranger's word that someone is a scammer be a good way to beat the crap out of whoever someone wanted the crap beat out of?

sometimes even if a vpn is used, you can pursue it.
iirc cyberghost doesn't even log their data, so this one is a dead end.
i'm going to assume you don't have a phone number for the guy...

you assume correct...ya i kinda figured it would be a lost cause Sad oh well thanks for trying guys Smiley

Seems his first victim was some chinese guy, he left his details in a note to the address posted in the other thread. Try contacting him to see what info he has.

The only other thing you could do is find which address the funds have been tumbled to, or get someone to. And tag it to make sure he can't do anything worthwhile with the scammed bitcoins.

To be fair, you are asking for someone's service. Most services don't come for free.

Reward...just thought i'd post it here to get more eyes seeing it...he didn't have to msg me about it and he knew the terms from OP anyway i know its bs...
