Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Ask walls haven't been automatically cancelled when they get bought into.  Bid walls disappear all the time though.  That was is most likely real.

Generally they are imaginary walls that disappear because the buyer or seller is interested in moving the market in the opposite direction.
