This was supposed to be my third payment.

EDIT: Just as I checked it paid out. So it does not pay automatically. I wonder if I do not check exactly after 7 days do I lose the extra days.

It does not. I checked in with the bot after more than a week and then only it processed. I hope it still took the original start time as start of the new week.
