Advertising Networks Paying In BitCoin?

I need to accept advertising payments anonymously.

Anyone know of an ad/CPM/CPA/PPC network that gives payment via BitCoin?

How should I approach a network and ask that they give payment via BitCoin? I'm wanting to use BitCoin for it's anonymity. They're gonna balk at that cos I have supposedly already given them "my" details when joining up with them. I fear they'll see this as a tax evasion issue. Ideas?

Do you have large traffic volume websites? Maybe some traffic broker companies would be willing to intermediate such a transaction..
