This is about bitcoin 2.0 really!

What are your thoughts on Bitcoin 2.0, I am more worry that it will be something completely different that I we'll have to leave Bitcoin 1.0 for 2.0 losing out on the bitcoins we have currently mined.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Your coins won't be going anywhere .... its just "marketing speak" about the development of bitcoin, not starting afresh with a new genesis block.

What he calls Bitcoin 2.0 is actually the same concept as the discussions we had in 2013 about designing decentralized bitcoin exchanges, based on colored coins or alt-coins to act as derivatives.
