I smell fear!   Dopecoin makes way more sense then Potcoin.  Dopecoin isn't directly referencing pot which gives it more legitimacy as its totally encompassing the blackmarket where Potcoin already is cornered from anywhere.... . Tie that in with a huge community that Dopecoin has and I see PotCoin being totally taken out of the equation

i'm from the Netherlands i can see shopowners use it, but i can also see it can be used to purchase bongs and stuff, seeds online.

personally i like potcoin, cause it implies you buy pot with it, dopecoin is shady, what are you gonna buy? Meth, Coke, Heroine ?

i like them both, and i wish dopecoin good luck and a great start.

Could you explain failover? I've put:

"failover-only" : true,

in my .conf, but I don't actually understand what this does

The stratum server for the DopeCoin is not available at the moment. So you can't mine at our pool yet.
But you still set our pool as your main pool and set your current pool as second pool.
As the main pool is not available cgminer will switch to the second pool(which is your current pool now).
While mining at the second pool, cgminer still checks if the first pool is available for mining and automaticlly switch to it if it is.
When DopeCoin is released, our pool will be online.
This is why you can mine DopeCoin immidiately when it is released.

cgminer --scrypt -o dope.hashbros.org:3333 -u username.worker -p password --failover-only -o other.pool:port# -u user.worker -p password

Like this you are sure that as soon as we are online, you start mining.
