There hasn't been any date yet. The only people who has said a date are pool-owners who just says anything to get people to sign up!

Mine something else meanwhile.
If you like coins as potcoin - coins with a forced launch, go for them. I myself rather have a perfect and stable coin that I have to wait for a week rather than a fast coin that will die in 1 week because faillaunch, bad wallet, not syncing, crappy devs and difficulty problems.

Yes, i am sorry to say i have to agree. I had big hope for this coin, but the lack of info, updates from the devs is just about ready to kill it before it even launchs. Every day more and more coins are coming and with that more and more interest is being lost here. Facebook followers and pools without coins are not the way to bring in interest. Well hope i am wrong, as this coin could have a bright future but cant see it now.

There are some infrastructure upgrades taking place and some other coin releases happening that we do not want to interfere with. It is better for miners and DopeCoin long term. Please rest assured that the long wait will come to an end soon.

In more detail... We did experience a small hardware issue that is well underway to being corrected which has caused a small hiccup, additionally Maxcoin is something that might be best to have a day or so to itself.

Not really that it matters, I'm mining both VTC and KDC at the moment. As I said, I prefer a great coin rather than a fast coin.

I see a lot of wanting the release time of the coin, and I also see Dopey has not commented on any real info. The issue has been with the coin, there had been some small issues that we were not comfortable releasing the coin broken leaving miners and investors with a bad coin. Release will be very soon as these issues get worked out, Dopey has been letting us know the time frame he is looking for and we apologize to the community for the delay.
