Pool was dead so I solo-mined with both my rigs from the start...
Found a few blocks; had a few coins in my wallet balance and a few yet unconfirmed, and then POOF! All gone.
My wiener is dry and small now.

As you can probably see this launch is not going as smoothly as anticipated. Pools are up, people are mining. We have faced heavy DDOS attacks and a server load that was more than we could handle.

Not sure what to say at this point, waiting for the dust to settle and will go from there.

This is not a premine or instamine or anything of the sorts so drop it. My dev pool was targetted and ddosed right off the start.

Could you - or anyone else - please check if the coin has forked? If so, it's probably best to plan a re-launch in e.g. 24 hours.

I saw 3 different chains at least already, 2 at home and one with dedicated pool, and a friend had another entirely different latest block number with getmininginfo too, so that makes 4, and I suspect there are countless more than that with this superlow diff...

The sum up is this. If there WAS a DDOS attack..it would have HELPED.. as the difficulty re-target of the coin was 16 hours.. no pool or combination of 100 pools, anywhere could have kept up. The block difficulty re-target was set to equal 16 hours.. so.. that means every one that was mining it was going thew 500 blocks a second ..mabey more. No coin that starts with that low a diff.. on any server with THAT long of a difficulty re-target will ever survive. Please take note of this to any dev's out there past, present or future.

We are looking at a relaunch folks. There is an issue in the code that needs to be corrected. There are many other circumstances that have contributed to this outcome and those will be discussed tomorrow.
