So now that DOGECoin passed Namecoin, I have to ask. What's going on. 1000% gain in volume might be possible for a coin like Quark. Really low volume, all coins are going up(hype), has something new or with coins which are brand new (the first hype of DOGE). But now, we have two coins which are there for a few weeks - always going down - hype is over - and suddenly they are rising. And DOGE had still a volume of 12mio. 700% in 4 days is like big news.

So what do you say? What is going on? And most important: Should I buy?

I just sold my Doge's. That's my advice to you.

Too rapid climb to be sustainable.

Mooncoin - some big whale and his buddies are consistently pumping up the value since a day or two ago.

Also, people who missed the doge train are getting into moon since it is climbing from literally next to nothing and can climb up to 30 satoshi from now and even more.

I have no DOGE. I sold them a long time ago (most of them at 150satoshis, a few over 200, the last at 70). But this is really amazing. I even wondered that it reaches 50 satoshis again...

Seems like the drop is happening, the question is where will it stop >.<

Never have i watched a coin rise so fast and fall so fast as doge in the early hours of this morning, all i can say is it was like the film trading places it went from 185 to 238 in a matter of minutes then back instantly to 178 before making another fast rise to 270+ and falling again, all the time sitting on 6 million doge from the start of mining thinking oh my god what to do :-)

I'd say Doge is headed to 1 000 000 DOGE per 10 BTC over the next year.

I don't even hold that many - it is just my feeling with how the mining reward is going to go down - and from the media coverage this coin seems to attract Wink

The Doge dev himself said the coin was not designed as an investment - but I think it is going to become one.

I think this is a legit rise because it looks like doge has finally achieved critical mass and has the infrastructure to separate it from the other flood of altcoins we've had recently.

I'm going to let people believe what they want to believe. I'm not touching this one.

I will be buying Doge, and I think it has value. But I won't be saying when I'm buying it.
