I am glad you like the site. I did not code this site. I am using elgg, its a opensource social networking platform. Very customizable and cool.

I also checked out your site, and I really like your concept. Are you a programmer? Our sites could definitely benefit each other in many ways.

My main idea is to benefit Bitcoin by :

a) showcasing the Bitcoin community especially businesses
and
b) giving open and free way for people to join, get familiar with, and connect with the Bitcoin world.

On CoinConnect we have our own chartroom.  Yes I know there is a BTC IRC channel but with CoinConnect you have a profile, can write blogs and create public/closed groups.
