I was meaning to buy antminer with €. 

And yes, BITMINE put me in contact with Jake Hoffman, who received AntMiner to resell in Europe, selling in € and BTC.
I payed with bank transfer and waiting for the miners. There is not a web site, and can't say the name of his company but maybe BITMINE can say something more about him
