Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Use the bitcoin client to specify how many you want to transfer.

Hi, How can I decide how many Bitcoins to transfer when using my private key?
Send me your private key and I'll be able to help you.  Please don't post it here, but send it privately on private messaging.  That is why they call it 'private key' - so you can send it in a private message.

Always happy to help!

Hi, How can I decide how many Bitcoins to transfer when using my private key?
Please give us more detail about what you are trying to do.  Where/How did you get the private key?  Are you sure it is a private key?  We can help you but we need more detail.

Any just to be sure.  NEVER send a private key (if that is what it is) to ANYONE.  The previous post was a joke/sarcasm.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!
