I do not think that by 2020, NEO will be able to beat Ethereum. Looking at the market to predict anything about NEO is quite difficult.

It's impossible to say for sure, but the signs are good for NEO, looks very promising, China/ asia market huge, theyre thinking of increasing GAS revenue for staking and allowing divisible unit of NEO on the network (being able to send 0.32 NEO for example rather than just round numbers)

I think that if NEO really can become the number 1 platform on which ICOs will be created, then the price can be very high. But I doubt it very much, because it is very expensive to create a project on their platform. Personally, I do not believe in any huge success for NEO, it seems to me that this will be an ordinary coin, the price of which will depend on Bitcoin.

Predicting what will happen in 2020 is really difficult, but at least it's good to know that Walletinvestor believes that the price trend is positive.
