2 Small Questions regarding rig and wallet!

Well, I am a newbie to this Bitcoin stuff and I would like to know around how many Bitcoins I can mine/day or /week with my rig and what is the best wallet to use.

So, my rig is:
CPU: FX 8350 4.0 GhZ
VGA: R9 280X
RAM: 8GB I think 1.600 MhZ (600 something)
MotherBoard: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX 2.0
OS: Windows 8 64 Bit (I think it's the Pro version, if there are many versions of it) (I have the Win 7 Ultimate installation disk in case it's better than the 8 to mine bitcoins)

Mining Alt coins the 280x will do between 600-750ish KHs

so that has been equating to about .006-.0075 per day on average mining litecoin or a switching pool and cashing out to BTC.
