Another SCAM ICO???

FRESCO project had an ICO a month ago and they also had a bounty:

When I asked the team in their official telegram group about the bounty the answer was: 'Which bounty? We have no bounty!'
Pointing to the bounty thread helped them to remind it, but they said that they're not going to pay it:

Everything is official. I double checked both their website, telegram and bitcointalk thread, so we just have another unconscientious team that decided to deceive all the bounty hunters. If they behave so with us, then they can easily do the same with investors.

This was obviously a scam project, the team was avoiding to pay the bounty. This has already happened with token pay because the developer was trying to avoid to pay the bounty participants after they have done a bit of success with their crowdsale.

So many scammers in these days.

They are holding investor's fund and then can do the same to the investors too.

If you open their telegram and scroll up a bit you'll see all my conversation with true admins (according to their names). And it looks like they don't realy feel any blame for their words. So for me this project is an obvious SCAM.

Lol. Nothing unexpected. Tons of ICO comes in and gets away with loads of money from investors and doesn't bother to pay the users. They have become shameless too, openly admitting about not paying the users. Just look out for them. They will be out there with another ICO and do the same thing once again.

As far as I know FRESCO doesn't running an ICO. They just run a ICD, which means they freely distribute FRESCO tokens to all legit participants.

Hardly a deception, but pricked up is worth it. Too many deceivers divorced on ICO topic. Be careful.
