Split Hashrate - how to configure with cgminer.conf

Hi,

need some help with cgminer. I want to split hy hash to a big pool and a easy to mine coin going solo.

To split it i use rotate option in cgminer.conf

"rotate" : "60"    -  switches every 60 minutes to the next pool   

To mine solo and getting a low number of rejected shares i need to set up   queue 0, scan-time 1, expiry 1
This is not the best to connect to a pool

Is it possible to set different options  for queue, scan-time and expiry  for each pool
