BTC-E not crediting my btc even after 15 confirmations! [RESOLVED]

BTC deposits are lagging. Shows up on blockchain but no response from these guys. Thanks for ruining my night. Trade with caution...

I sent the 1.5 btc there and still nothing in my account. Opened a support ticket and no reply yet.


They claim this on their site:

We do not have fee on BTC deposits.
Minimal amount for deposit is - 0.0001 BTC.
Your deposit will be credited in few minutes after 3 confirmations on the Bitcoin network.
Transaction confirmation on the Bitcoin network can take from 1 hour and up to 3 days if you send it without fee.
Address can be used for further deposits.
We do not support generated transactions from pools like Eligius, P2Pool etc.

3 confirmations? It has been 15 confirmations and counting.

I'm seeing the same issue, but I thought it was because I only sent with a .0002 Tx fee. What fee did you tack onto your transaction?

i am not sure about the fee as i transferred from one exchange to another...i guessing it should be processed fairly quickly. my issue was resolved already

Mine finally went through after the 16th confirmation. Looks like they're lagging a bit.

yeah never had this before, but glad i didn't have to wait days...i think you are right must be some sort of lag...is there an increase in users again?
