Sorry for posting here - I would rather post to "Newbies" forum as I am supposed to do, being a newbie. However, "New Topic" button is missing when I am looking at "Newbies" forum (and enabled when I am looking at any other forum). Shouldn't it be the other way around?

That forum has been archived, you can now ask your not-answered-1000-times question or post your new topic in the correct subcategory.

The whole newbie board was archived, but is now moved out of archive and renamed as "Beginners & Help".

You should be able to post there now.

You can post in the off-topic or beginners sections for almost whatever was going to be posted in the newbie part as it was archived.
