Yeah, think it's been merged. I was wondering if the Beginners and Help was a new section. Was confused for a bit  . I still think it should be called Newbies / Beginners & Help though.

anyone know if this is the section where should newbies like me post, to get promoted?

don't know if it just me, but I've had hard time figuring out where to start read/post.

Would be nice to put newbie section in HELP, and explain newbie limitations and what you need to achieve to be promoted.

What do you want/need to get promoted for? There's a newbie readme stickied in this forum with links to probably all of your questions.

I came across some topics where I wanted to reply but I couldn't. So it would be nice, if I could do some estimate, when I will be able to post there.

I checked all the links in readme sections, didn't found anything on user groups

Wow!!!  I'm impressed the mods listened!  It is great to have the newbie section out without the "jail" aspects of it.
