I'm sorry to have to say it, but this site lacks professionalism in its entirety. I've been a pretty faithful player to this site (to the extent that I've lost over 60-70k on it) and intended to continue playing there. Though today when inquiring in the general chat specifically about why users are having deposit issues, I was randomly muted. I wanted to know what work needed to be done when:

1. a user observes some sort of delay
2. the user reports that delay to the appropriate staff members and
3. that delay is looked at by "developers" before they credit the deposit

I wanted to know what about that process requires several hours or days to complete. It is beyond unprofessional to mute a player asking those kinds of questions and makes your site look even worse than it already does. More so, I'm a player that waited 8 days just recently for a withdrawal from your platform.

I'll be taking my business elsewhere, if all anyone reading this wants to post in response is a referral link alongside a legitimate recommendation, I'd be happy to look into it.

Hi Joe,

Really sorry we've failed to meet your expectations here, I admit we really have dropped the ball. For some reason our ethereum Node kept falling out of sync which was causing severe issues and we've applied a variety of fixes which did not last. We rolled out a fix today which we are confident will work and all pendings should be going through as we speak. You pointed out a flawed process for issue resolution which our team will discuss and must improve on.

As far as being muted, I just looked up your account and you do not appear to be muted. Was it possible you were trying to talk when we the site was down for maintenance?

I've bonused your account 0.1BTC as a small token for the major inconvenience caused by your withdrawal delay and we'll either get our shit together or remove ETH until it's all patched up. I'm sorry if we've let you down, feel free to withdraw it and take it elsewhere.

I'm really stunned has taken time out and replied here so fast, well there is no doubt people had been complaining about this issue for quiet a while. I think it's best to take ether of site and after all the tests are done bring it back, if possible keep the site away from public if you're working on updates/maintenance this will help you avoid such issues.

Also on a happier note the op should be happy that his issue got resolved and also he got a reward for coming and posting here lol now that's what they call a happy ending.

It's always good when the people responsible for the issues take their time to answer questions and try to help as much as possible. Providing feedback and contacting with the users is one of the most important parts in any business/company/project.

If you've been around since 2013... and you've frequented the trollboxes like I have you would realise that people get muted pretty much for no reason.

The issue is that its difficult to tell emotion thru text. And usually the mods will mute you if they assume you were someone who lost all their funds with a bet gone bad and instead of blaming the system, they just mute you.

Sometimes you can get muted by accident even. Some mod can accidentally click your nickname if its similar to another or if it starts with the same letters and you end up getting muted.

The point is... I've had this happen also in the past and it can be very frustrating, don't take it too seriously.

Alot has changed since 2013... and I am pretty sure there are more children on all these trollboxes all day chatting away and the mods who monitor them are getting more and more impatient.

Hopefully your issue gets resolved.
