Hello Bitcointalk,

Say I have a fledgling USD, XAR BTC exchange in Argentina and I am looking for the best way to capitalize on the unofficial blue rate (for those unaware you could read here to get an idea http://thebluemarket.wordpress.com/).

What would you suggest my vehicle be?

Keen answers will be awarded anywhere from mbtc up to as much as .2btc if satisfactorily explained. I thank you for your time and your willingness to share profitable exploits of this volatile market and country.

 BTCe well
