Really? I thought New Egg was light years ahead of TD! But NewEgg does not have retail stores like Tiger Direct does.. that I'm aware of!

They suck, always have. Newegg moves a tremendous amount of hardware yet still seems to have lots of choices in stock.

This happens with a lot of businesses that are going under.  In this case the business was bought out in November.  Please note this will happen with almost all forms of payment and not just Bitcoin.  It is bad business practice, but this is not a Bitcoin thing so please do not spread this as this is a Bitcoin problem.  They are also giving these issues with credit and gift cards.
