I have the same problem, now 48 hours.  I decided to investigate and pulled all the TXs from https://data.mtgox.com/api/0/bitcoin_tx.php - i found my receiving address in there.  I then transmitted all of the transactions to the network.. the outputs on mine and over 200 other ones have already been spent, and the network rejects them immediately.

Seems like a problem with double spending, which would imply a race condition within their code, so no kind of locking in place to prevent this happening.

MtGox - if this could be the case and you need advice on how to prevent it happening, please get in touch with me.  It doesn't matter which programming language you're using for this process I will be able to help you fix it if you need some help.

I don't think Gox are going to take you up on that offer for all kinds of reasons Wink

I am nearing 36 hrs. since I withdrew BTC.  My screenshot from Gox shows the withdraw to the proper address but like the rest of you, nothing has made the BC.  This is by far the longest I have ever waited.

Pretty sure this has been discussed in the past, and the concensus is that when a transaction becomes 'stuck' for some reason that's not clear to me (bug?  fee too low?) and never makes it to the block chain, then Gox will invalidate the stuck transaction (by creating a 'pay-to-self' transaction using the same outputs) before trying again.

My account is verified, and I made a BTC withdrawal on the 2014/01/25. The tx never made it to the blockchain, what is going on. Zero support either, for days. I am worried

If little transactions are going through but big ones aren't, it's not a technical problem. They're broke.

I've had both 5 BTC and 16 BTC withdrawals get stuck.  Others have tried sending 10 test withdrawals of just 0.1 BTC each, and usually at least half of those are getting stuck.

Smaller withdrawals stand a better chance, but there doesn't seem to be much logic for what is failing vs. succeeding...

I took out my last gox bitcoin 2 days ago. It didn't show up in the blockchain for 24 hours. I put in a support request with a link to the absent transaction on blockchain.info 24 hours ago and it turned up in another 24 hours. Get out in small chunks while you can, I'd say.

Very suspicious large withdrawals are failing - this could be the final goxxing

I agree.

Does anyone know of another service that offers BTC/USD rates as high as they do though?

Seems that is the ONLY thing going for them right now.

There are some crazy rates on localbitcoins but that is because everyone can set their own rate. No centralized exchanges offer anything close to Gox, because they are functioning as exchanges Smiley
