mining solo 5th card never connects

When ever I try to mine alt coins

the first 4 cards I start will connect solo.. the 4th i will get a pool not responding fast enough or credentials error.

They mine fine in a pool.


anything I can do to help get full potential?

Right now my only extra flags is --lookup-gap 2

only one user in conf
