So,
I'm looking around and for the life of me I can not find a suitable INTEL alternative board that will run 6 GPU like the MSI Z77A-GD-65 or 55 that's in stock..

Any suggestions on Intel boards that will do the trick?

What's wrong with MSI.  Their boards are fantastic.  You don't need an Intel board.

GB 970a-D3P supports 5. I'm also curious about what can support more. Can anyone give any model #s of ones that support 6 or more?

z87 g45 gaming, z87 g55, z87 mpower and mpower max
Have you tested these? Or are you just saying that cuz they have the physical slots?

Tips? 1crazy8pMqgwJ7tX7ZPZmyPwFbc6xZKM9
