What does this mean - "We had an issue with the block rewards. It was in fact not a 21 billion coin but a 64 billion coin."

How many coins are pre-mined? How much will be the total coins??

That's all been fixed now, rather than changing to 64 billion, community decided it was best to stay at 21 billion and change the reward structure, meaning each drop is now every 15k blocks rather than every 60k blocks.
