Try looking on ebay or in the Goods section of the Forums.  It looks like getting pre-loaded silver coins directly from Mike will not be possible in the future - only from the secondary market.  Expect to pay a premium though since they are no longer being made and I believe he only made 2000 of the 1 BTCs.
