Good luck there mate, theymos rarely recover accounts and you must provide a signed message that was associated your account. If you have not staked your address in here. You must provide other proof that you are using a BTC address associated to that account in another way. Like providing spreadsheet links of past campaigns where your account has participated or Threads where you have posted your BTC address, but to give you a heads up there is still no assurance that you will recover your account.

I have only one proof to prove that my account is that I have been involved in DeepOnion's campaign for many weeks, and my signature was about the DeepOnion campaign, so the signature of the Jinbi campaign, it's totally strange to me.My account of DeepOnion's forum is the same as that of Bitcointalk.And i'm a member from vietnam, i regularly online account with ip Vietnam, this can be checked.

Check out your last registered email , make sure that you've visited within 7 days because you can lock your account immediately so the hacker can't use your account !

Can you give me more specific instructions on how to prove my mail address is mine.
I log into my mail account and shoot a picture or what to do ? I do not know how to use PGP / GPG Signed Message.
I think the account was not locked, and he certainly changed the email, so when I used the password recovery function, I did not receive the message sent to me.
