Where is my transfer fee for DGC as a miner?

I supposed to think, that transfer fee is going to wallet, who mined this coin. I made some test. I solo mined some DGC. I set transfer fee to 0.1. I sent 10 DGC to exchange. I charged for 10.1 DGC. Ok. 10 DGC are arrived to exchange. But where is 0.1 fee? I did not receive it as a miner.
I sold coins on exchange. I waited for 1 day. Nothing. It seems i've missed something.
