I already have a dedicated machine running 4 x 290 cards using GUIMiner, no issues there. I recently purchased 4 x 280x cards and now I am having issues mining with the new machine.

Specs:
Gigabyte Z87X-OC
Intel G3220
2GB RAM
Windows 8
4 x 280x cards
MAXREVO 1500W

GUIMiner along with CGMiner are not able to connect to any pool. I have the same exact settings for my 290 machine so it cant be the login info since my 290 machine is mining just fine.

I have MSI afterburner installed which detects every card. ULPS is disabled. I have done everything from uninstalling the OS to updating every drive, I am running out of ideas here. Here are the shots from GUIminer to give you an idea. I took out my username just before I took the shots.

Please help  Cry

Very simple: only use CGMiner, don't use GUIMiner. Especially not for scrypt.

Have you confirmed you have internet connection on the second machine by opening a web browser?  (Not trying to insult you, I just don't have any idea whats wrong)
