When all the cryptos are trying to move up, dash is still moving down. I have invested a litte amount. But now I am too confused that what should I do. Trying to HODL, but sometime it is getting tough.

Trying to hold, if you are trying to sell your dash coin right now and if that will be recovering again and i guess you should put more money to buy back it again. But the result will depend on your decision.
You should try to think again about that. I would love to see the market will get recover again.
