The guy gave you between 80 and 120GHs in raw chips.  You'll need to find a board to support them, and someone to asemble them.  Alternatively, you can sell the chip, although they're not worth a ton.  With the miner you purchased from him...  did you check to make sure the chips were populated?

The aliexpress link looks pretty sketchy to me.

I buy from the site all the time. If your order does not come you get your money back so im not too worried about that. The miner a bought is a 120 GH/s avalon and its working fine.

What would you say that chips are worth alone?

The A3256 Avalon variant is 282MHs per chip, so 80 of those is actually only 22GHs.  I thought these were the A3255 which are 1.2-1.6GHs each.  The chips you have sell for about $30 USD for batches of 80.

Don't worry about paying for shipping @technobit they still haven't shipped mine after 3 months.

stick them in the auction section or post them to me ( i'll pay 0.02 btc to cover the postage snail mail )

I may just build a couple of k16's for fun.

Actually, I may be incorrect there; I'm finding conflicting prices.  They may be worth more than that.  I woudl recommend you do your own pricing research, so I don't accidentally lead you astray.

The hash rate is so low, though, that I'm not certain they're worth mounting either way.  When you can pick up 2.7GHs chips for $5 (Bitfury is shipping again in Feb), I'm not sure you'll get more than $0.30 - $0.50 per chip.

Anyway, if you choose to build it, do the math on the cost of having the chips assembled first.  If you're gonna sell them, I'd be willing to pick them up as a novelty, and it sounds like southerngentuk is interested as well.
