I'm definitely biased, but CoinRnr.com has some of the fastest delivery speeds around (most orders processed within 15 minutes). We are US based and are accepting cash deposits to Bank of America and Wells Fargo at this time. Looking to add other banks as well as payment options shortly. You can also sell your coins to us and receive bank transfers (US only).

For the benefit of anyone reading this thread who might be in the UK or elsewhere in Europe, speedybitcoin.co.uk seems to offer pretty decent service. A user in the UK can transfer directly to their account and a couple of hours later, presto -- BTC arrives safely.

Our priced aren't fixed on a particular exchange and instead on our own supply/demand so they vary over time. On average our buy price (including fees, if there are any) is 3-7% above bitstamp's price and our sell price 1-3%.

OK thanks for the info. Sell price seems fine. Buy price little on the expensive side Smiley

Maybe you can try localbitcoins, and find a trade...
You don't need to do any verification this way...

I did sign up with them but have not used them yet.
In the meantime I got everything going at coinbase so I can finally instant purchase.

what's the rush? That week would have been by now and you could be buying them on coinbase. Use a dummy bank account with a couple thousand inside and get verified.  Have strong passwords too. I just upgraded all mine, all accounts, and started using 2 factor autentication, lastpass, and have a barcode USB scanner that can scan 2D codes coming in the mail, so I make long random passwords for everything and store backups in safe deposit boxes and in my wallet.

I am all set with Coinbaase now as I stated in a previous post.
The rush at the time was some equipment I had an opportunity to buy that was time sensitive.  I was able to get all set though.

localbitcoin is the quickest way to buy BTC

I sugges this route too.

localbitcoins is probably way quicker anyways esp, if you meet up your local person in your area for cash in hand.

Outside from that, I dont see much options unless theres a bitcoin atm setup around your area.
