Just noticed this rig switched to one of owners *after* i had deleted them all :| not cool.
When did this happen? Happy to work through this, but honestly, PM is the place to do it, not in a feedback thread. Also since your email is different from your login name, I can't be sure even which lease you're talking about...
But regardless, let me know the details and I am happy to investigate. I'm not in the business of ripping anyone off - it's simply not worth it (and I'm not that kind of guy anyhow). At least give me a chance to make it right for goodness sake. My guarantee is 1.5X your downtime refunded, and I stand by that. You'll have to give me some details of when, and what pools you're talking about though.
By default, when you lease the rig you have to delete the owner's pools then add your own. I'm assuming you achieved this. The only way the owner's pools should get reinstated on the rig is when a) your lease expires, b) the rig reboots, and (possibly) c) the renter removes ALL their pools. The config file is actually REWRITTEN when you remove the owner's pools, so it defaults back to your pool if there are any problems. It's specifically designed to not do what you claim happened.
Let's look at what might have happened :
Situation a) - not a problem because your lease would have expired by then. Not applicable.
Situation b) - both my rigs have been up constantly over the last few leases, not applicable.
Situation c) - Not sure if you did this?? If you missed removing one of my pools, it would default to my pool if your pool went down or was otherwise uncontactable for a period of time.
I keep a pretty close eye on them, and whenever I have checked it's been hashing away on the renter's pools happily.
Not quite sure what else I can add. Please PM me details (timeframes, time lost, your email address so I can look at your lease) and I'm happy to take it further.
