Hm, are you sure you are trying to deposit nyan? I mean, 1.. adresses is for PEC and some other currencies, not for nyan. Please, create support ticket in site and i will have a closer look on your account.

As i see, you will be charged 0.02% fee (~0.000006 LTC) and after 0.01 per transaction.
So you will have ~0.0194 LTC after it. As you see, withdrawing this small sum isn't really good idea.

Addition: i just personally withdrew 100 test doges to coinex.
I recieved 99.97 doges, so it's 0.02% + 0.01 doge fee.
I indicate again - it's 2 doge from every 10000, not 2 doge from every 100 (as someone could think).

Usually it indicates that you have some non-english symbols in your password.
Also, rechecking adress would be helpful too - maybe it has less than 34 symbols. (wallet adresses for all crypto has 34 symbols)
Create support ticket for further assistance, or PM me your username/how much pot are you trying to withdraw.

Erm, i can't understand your question. Please, provide more information about your case. I think (w/o info, just based on your newb status on account) that case may solved by explaining this:
On exchange, you buy or sell to someone. And if you trying to sell, for example, 100 pot for 100 LTC - you can place a bid (SELL button), but it's really little chance that someone will buy it.

Update: yes, i see on your account buying bid for 0.009 LTC per UTC, and it's not even the highest bid.
