It's kinda strange because i have no such problem. I can provide you certificate info in PM, if you want. Anybody has any issue like this? PM me asap if you have.Also, we had finally installed email verification. It will send withdrawal confirmation links to your email, what have beed used for registration. To access it, press account-preferences-go to bottom - you will see 'email confirmation'. If you click 'I WANT EMAIL CONFIRMATION' you will have mail on your mailbox to confirm it. Afterwards, you can cancel this option, but you have to confirm it again. This confirmation will send you email every time you withdraw coins from our exchange, and if you don't click on link - coins wouldn't be withdrawn. Stay tuned! |

Hello. Usually it take ~15 minutes, but if there is some problems with your account, your withdrawal could be blocked. Create support ticket on exchange. |
