Rig was working with 7 Vega 64s prior to bios update.  I set 4G encoding enabled, and set all PCI/PEG links to gen1 and I've tried reinstalling Win 10 and both with and without the AMD BC drivers installed.

Anyone else is experiencing the same issue?

I believe so.  I've swapped out everything except the mobo.  ...and one annoyance is that it seems like a one-way BIOS update.  It won't let me even go back to revision 1010 from last month!

One theory I have is that it has some altered sensitivity to power draw.  Running 7x Vega 64s was a bit hungry, so there were some issues before - but now I can't even get 5 running.
