Do not worry too much about the short them variations in the price of bitcoin, are you a trader? Because if you are not then stop worrying about it, the price will recover at some point in the future, as with how low the price is going to go, we do not know when that is going to happen but we know it is going to happen at some point and when that happens you do not want to have fell victim of panic and sell your bitcoin as a result.

Well, May was the decisive month. It was agreed that if bitcoin would not recover in May, then we would be in a multi-year bear market, extending from 2017 to 2019, a copycat of 2013-2015.

Myself I think we can go as low as 2-3k, even after having four bottoms at 6k, because there is the Cartel manipulation, and mining companies are probably using short contracts to cover their expenses and avoid bankruptcy.

A good way to predict the price now, is to look at comparisons between 2013-2015 and now.

First of all, I don't expect any major rallies until probably July-August. I expect the market to be moving sideways near the $6-7k support zone, and there shouldn't be a lot of activity in the markets.

The bearish sentiment in the market is still extremely strong and I doubt that it would fade away any time soon. The rally in April was pretty much just temporary, and wasn't anything long-lasting. Resistance at $10k was proven too be too great, and that's when the correction happened and why we are here right now.

I really do think that bitcoin doesn't have a lot more room to fall by, before it bottoms. But still, I would say that realistically, there is a chance that prices can fall to as low as $4-5k per BTC before a recovery starts.

I could easily believe 2-3 grand is possible. There's not a great deal of appetite for the current prices. If we really not rally again until 2020 then that would confirm multiple repeating patterns. Seems a bit too neat to me but you never know.

The failed attempt to break the $10,000 mark was the confirmation that there is zero buyer interest around these levels, and there might not even be enough buyer interest around current levels.

It is hard to say what will happen next in case of cryptos. The prices are low now but I am hopeful that it will bounce back soon. There is nothing to worry about the falling price. It is naturalfor cryptos. Just wait the prices will rise soon.

it is impossible to say but one interesting thing about going down for bitcoin is that whenever price is up like when it was above $9k and it is above the certain buy support levels, the drops are extremely difficult. we saw this clearly when price was above $10k and constant dump couldn't  break it for days until they succeeded to crash the market.
but when it goes below that buy support the fall becomes easier as if the  buy support vanishes.

Right now we are hovering just above $7100-$7200 levels. Remember that the last bottom was around $6500 so we are just like $500 below, so its possible that we might hit that bottom again. But we have to look at the $7000 support level first and see if its gonna hold or simple crumble in the pressure. Of course there's not doubt that we can bounce back, but its gonna be like a struggle again. June-July was a good month last year, so maybe we can see it doing the same this year. But its really difficult to say when we are going to bounce back because there's no positive news that is on the horizon, unless investors suddenly flocks the market again. So just continue to hold and wait for another break out run. Maybe its just around the corner.

It can go to previous bottom, as I remember correctly it was around 5800 dollars. I saw some article yesterday, it's not something special so I will not share the link, important part was where some experts talk about 5400 dollars bottom, they made some calculations, they had some charts and they explained in their own way why they think that new bottom will be 5400 dollars. Every speculation about bitcoin price I read with reserve, to many times I saw how price goes in it's own way.
It doesn't natter how low it can go, its just a great chance for buying more, price will recover and make new ATH again one day, I believe in that. I didn't lose hope.
