This coin is from a solid Novacoin base, not the broken Foocoin > Fehcoin base that many clones are based on.  There are no known bugs at present.

Target is the same 1 Minute
10 Coins per block
30 Million total coins
43872  RPC MINING PORT   (space Corp Directive 43872)  'Suntans will be worn during off-duty hours only.'
34124  Default P2P port     (space Corp Directive 34124 ) 'No officer with false teeth should attempt oral sex in zero gravity.'

Red-Dwarf DollarPounds is no longer DPS but now DPZ   Cool

Block 1 is a superblock of 1.75 Million to cover the redemption.
to redeem old DPS coins for NEW DPZ coins, send your OLD wallet.dat to;
 redemption (at) dollarpounds.org
along with your NEW DPZ address.

Back up your OLD dollarpounds (DPS) wallet.dat file, and keep it separate from the roaming folder or rename it.

Better yet, before you do anything, send the wallet.dat to     redemption (at) dollarpounds.org  along with your new DPZ address (starts with an R)

will there be an windows wallet before your going to release the coin ?

Well...  the question is difficult to answer really, because I have just released the coin (see above) Smiley

so. that moves me onto the question of how you define a wallet.  Above is a windows wallet (dollarpounds.exe (and the bundled dll files) if you unzip that download, and run the exe, you will get a black dos box.  then if you open cmd and navigate to the folder where you keep the dollarpounds.exe in cmd you can use the command line version of the coin... very geeky Smiley

using API commands listed here https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Original_Bitcoin_client/API_Calls_list

for example in cmd:

Code:
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation.  All rights reserved.

C:\Users\Miner>cd desktop\dpz

C:\Users\Miner\Desktop\DPZ>dollarpoundsd.exe getinfo
{
    "version" : "v2.0.0.0-g-beta",
    "protocolversion" : 70001,
    "walletversion" : 70503,
    "balance" : 0.00000000,
    "newmint" : 480.00000000,
    "stake" : 0.00000000,
    "blocks" : 101,
    "timeoffset" : 30,
    "moneysupply" : 1751000.00000000,
    "connections" : 5,
    "proxy" : "",
    "ip" : "92.234.200.27",
    "difficulty" : 0.02181459,
    "testnet" : false,
    "keypoololdest" : 1390651772,
    "keypoolsize" : 101,
    "paytxfee" : 0.01000000,
    "mininput" : 0.01000000,
    "errors" : ""
}

C:\Users\Miner\Desktop\DPZ>

to send coinz you go to the dollarpounds folder in cmd and write for example: dollarpoundsd sendtoaddress RZXagFBEtFLhVXy26uRPKzdwYY2txq76UM

to receive coins you can get a new address by typing: dollarpoundsd getnewaddress

this will return a new dollarpound address.

Waiting for the windows wallet.
Thanks.

Yep the windows wallet works for sending and receiving, but crashes when used for mining.  The bug is in the windows-QT not the coin source.

I decided not to release like this....  If you give it,  2 - 3 days there will be a windows QT.  Grin

In my old wallet i had like 7000+ DPS , but now i see my address in this list with only 3000+ coins. Why?

When did you last sync and check your balance?  because there was a large fork in November / December.  People closed their wallets, the network became vulnerable, and the main node, was attacked.  The wallets I had open, went down due to a powercut, which was the worst possible timing and at the same time there were a number of new miners.  The chain went back to about block 120000 and a new chain formed.

Also was any of your balance PoS.  There was a major issue with PoS not working as intended, this is true of many coins that were forked form "foocoin > Fehcoin"  (80% of all clones out there) this Is a big issue and the reason for the new coin from a solid base.

If it makes you feel any better, I lost 240k coins (the largest balance).
