These account farmers need to be punished somehow. This is really getting out of hand. Theymos should impose a much stricter IP ban policy than ever before, or remove bounties from here altogether.
Most of the people are here because of bounty. Removing bounty is not the solution. If it was, theymos would do it.
They will do that till they are caught, and maybe even after that. Most bounties don't forbid people with negative trust to join, so it probably wouldn't even matter at all to them. That's the sad part about it. Instead they'll probably make new accounts alongside and continue as before.
If every bounty managers doesn't allow people with reg tagged, it will be solution IMO. Becuase, sooner or later we will see only qualitative people are getting ranked. So, it will also reduce the intention of creating new id and thus, spammers will give up and we will have a less spaming forum.
