Lucky winner?

I have considered the idea of the so called lucky winner thread whereby they expect many people to complete a task and claim to select 2 or 5 winners through random.org.
However, if the give away is genuine they should have shared the bounty among the people that complete the task instead of making some people to feel like a looser.
What do you think?
