Hi there! Unfortunately there are a lot of foreign bitcointalk members who have a hard time understanding the rules. Even though they do not follow the rules, we still award them with stakes at the end of the bounty campaign because we feel like every bounty hunter who does the work should be rewarded with tokens!

Well, I also reported on this thread for this week #5, I think a lot of people did like me because we were confused by the top message that seems cannot be updated anymore, I just realized the form is allowing to key in week #5, should I resend week #5 using the form ?
