This is pretty funny post. In fact in coin market cap, bitcoin has stayed in no 1 position for almost 10 years. Except that it losts its position for one day to Marinecoin.
Stop talking sh*t, marine coin is garbage, not even on CMC, it's the new shill coin of the forum, complete garbage, this thread is funny, but your comment takes the cake, even DGB is vastly superior to Marine coin. Any way back on topic, DGB was cool a year ago, good speeds etc, but now we have many coins which blow DGB away for TPS and the likes, BTC is still superior to all of these as it's the back bone of the crypto network, nothing will touch BTC while this remains Well that is exactly shows the potential for Marinecoin upside. Marinecoin was up 10x from the airdrop in Jan, but it is still at 3 million USD market cap. Digitbyte is at 300 million USD market cap. I think Marinecoin can beat digibyte in the long run. We all agree bitcoin will stay No. 1 for long run. But the fact is, Marinecoin in 2014 before delisting used to beat bitcoin for one day. History made by Marinecoin while no other coins did that yet. |

Okay you are holding digibyte so you are telling the people that it will beat bitcoin. I actually like digibyte but people like you are overstating it and you are desperate of doing it.
They probably invested in digybyte, it crashed and now they are trying to pump it trough forum making funny topics. I noticed the same behavior from ripple investors, lots of topics how ripple is great and lots of topic how ripple will make you millionaire. I hope this won't become regular practice. It's obvious when someone is trying to compare bitcoin with an altcoin, the obviousness is high. They want to shill their coin more than what they can do. And for the other coins, just rest on these sections for 5-10 minutes and you'll see them coming. |

There are over 1000 cryptocurrencies in the market today, but the reality is that most of them will fail. Even the current number one bitcoin crypto can lose its allure for years. Crypto over the future may not have arrived, or is already here, not yet hyped. I have a hunch that the future of cryptocurrency is here, and it's Digibyte (DGB).
Its impossible now, digibyte hasn't prove to be a good coin to beat bitcoin before it beats bitcoin make sure digibyte can beat the coins along its way up then if it can beat ethereum i would promoto it to beat bitcoin then. It was to stiff and a long road for digibyte. |

Unfortunately, there is nothing that stands out to Digibyte, except the low transaction fees and the speed of transaction . Even Doge coin has these characteristics. So there is no way that this coin will ever beat Bitcoin, or even get in the top 10.

Digibyte is good project but it is not the only coin which will create future . there are many good projects which can be more useful than digibyte with their real use . digibyte is faster than bitcoin and also cheaper . but it is not the only feature which make you king . bitcoin is on top bcoz people adopted it completely without any wrinkle . every noob start his/her journey with bitcoin . if we talk abount 2nd rank coin ethereum then that is popular bcoz of innovation of blockchain tech and providing platform for all new ICO projects , also smart contracts is best feature of it . well we will see hardfork of Digibyte on 21st june , price can be higher in coming days bcoz of fork . so we can enjoy short term trade with it . |

I like DGB but not more than Bitcoin. DGB is a good coin but what makes you think it will beat bitcoin? It may come to the second position by marketcap, but never ever will come to the first place by replacing bitcoin. Maybe Ripple could be the best choice for you to pick in order to replace bitcoin.. . .  edit: if DGB ever takes the second place then where will ETH go? So, in my opinion, DGB will never get 1 & 2 positions. |

Hell yeah. Bitcoin is the god , the father , the heart , etc ( what ever you call it or name it ) . This comparison of digibyte vs bitcoin is not fair because we all know that bitcoin will always be the winner no matter what happens. Digibyte is just an alt that is not even on the top5 list. I think etherium can have a better chance to compete with bitcoin because eth is also a giant crypto that represents all alts. But digibyte beats bitcoin? Seriously? This op must be joking. Lol |

I respect some thoughts and explanation of anybody regarding any coin of topics, regardless on the legibility of the information., but anyway i HOLD this coin for so many months now, and i could say, its little bit gaining some support from the community, but i bet, it would not surpass the bitcoin, if we based on the current market value on each coin.
