Followed the guides and the miner seems to be just fine...in that it starts up and I can find it on the 0 domain/network level.

So, I move the laptop to the 0 domain, then put the miner on the .1. level.
then change back to auto obtain ip
then restart miner

When I then go into my browser and type the new ip that I designated on .1., it doesn't come up.
...even the pings came back host unreachable

afterwards, i reset the miner router and started from scratch, and I am able to find it back on .0. again no prob. Try again and no go.

I run IP scanners and it doesn't come up under anything. I go back to .0. and it's not there. Have to reset my miner router again to find it on .0.

I tried to just move my router to .0., but apparently, verizon doesnt let you change the gateway

any thoughts?
