CGMINER won't start working

Hey guys,
I now have a really strange problem.

First of all:
It doesn't matter which cgminer version or sgminer version I'm using, everywhere the same problem.
It doesn't matter what stands in my .bat files.
It doesn't matter which GPU I use (only using one in the system) 7850 or r9 290 tri-x.

When I click on my .bat cgminer starts. I set as test --gpu-fan 60% so I can hear if it does something. So the fans go up, but after 1 min the command window remains black and I don't get a new .bin file.

Have also put the -T parameter in my .bat file, the last line I see in cgminer then is:
Probing for an alive pool

then after 1 min command window remains black.

Same problem when I try to solomine.
Have used a lot of different pools, doesn't matter.

Have also gone from widnows 7 x64 to windows 8.1 x64, tried other ram modules, other graphiccards, nothing helps.
Also updated to a newer version of the UEFI of my Mobo.

Motherboard is Asrock 970 Extreme 4
CPU AMD SEMPRON 145

are you using water-cooled system?

use cgminer 3.7.2 or earlier

post your bat or conf file

doesn't matter which power supply I use, have a 430W beQuiet and and EVGA 750w. even

Code:

cgminer --scrypt -o pooladdress -u user -p password

won't start cgminer. as mentioned above I have used all kinds of cgminer and sgminer versions! reinstalling OS doesn't help either.

I have no watercooled system

Check internet connection. Check pool address . something is wrong with int.connection

tried another wlan stick (same model) now it is working....
